"Jawbone for Jawbone wristbands this time, extremely nice customer service people however when it comes to get things done, it is horrible and nightmares. Do not add any complications to those who work over there...if I do 2 returns in one package, they will screw you up, plus departments don't talk to eachother, if you tell your customer service do one thing, then the shipping department will do another.
One can't reach an exact customer service person, no one seemed to be responsible to what a previous person did.
Really doubt how long these people can stay in business."
"Aliph Jawbone is terrible in terms of their customer support and warranty service. The charger on the Jawbone Bluetooth headset is a faulty design that breaks and pieces fall off the headset, yet Aliph doesn't even cover the charger under their warranty, which seems senseless to me since this is part of the device. But when I called Aliph, I was told that I would have to purchase a new charger.
Also, their site advertises that they provide a manufacturer warranty but fails to mention that you only get a warranty if you buy the unit directly from them or from a few very select retailers (like Apple Store and Best Buy). If you buy your headset from Amazon.com, eCost.com, or other online stores, Aliph provides *zero* warranty. I'm not even sure this is legal but do believe it reflects very poorly on Aliph that they do not stand behind their product whatsoever."
