"Received my wig after waiting 2 weeks beyond the due date after chasing. When the wig arrived, there were big gaps where hair was missing exposing the tracks on the crown and hair that had clearly been cut away resulting in the top section of the wig resembling a birds nest (all the hair was sticking up as so short). The wig I ordered was 20 inches long - so the short parts and gaps are obvious. The wig also stinks of cheesy feet and it cannot be worn. The seller has not tried to resolve and I have had to escalate this dispute with PayPal. The wig cost $285 and the seller has offered a synthetic wig of $55! I just want my money back and cannot believe I am still dealing with this 3 months on!! Do not waste you time and money on aliwigs."
