"My last order was suppose to be free shipping, did not get it, contacted company 3 times and got a standard we will get back to you in 24 hours. Never heard from them and emails went unanswered. Gave them a second chance, did a search for Sub C batteries on their web site and got a page with different batteries, placed a order only to find out that the search brought up more than Sub C and received wrong product. Contact company 2 times and got the same result as the first time. I will take it up with the CC company. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There is no recourse if there is a problem."
"The process of ordering and receiving the product went smoothly. Unfortunately the product is a failure. Almost immediately the Power Adapter for my Dell laptop stop working consistently. When I looked at returning it I found out there is a 15% restocking FEE! and I had to pay for shipping. I just threw it in a bottom drawer somewhere and bought a REAL DELL adapter! Don't buy these knock-off Dell adapters, at least for an Inspiron laptop."
