"I, like many others have not had a good experience with this company. I have ordered from twice and they screwed up both times. The second time I just let it go and will never order from again. The first time they sent me 1 wrong cd and wanted me to pay to send it back and pay again to ship the correct one. I did not. The second time I ordered I waited several months and received nothing. I sent email and got a reply back. I ordered 2 cds and only got 1. Will not order from ever again!!!"

"I never received a confirmation from the seller after placing the order so I emailed to find out what was going on. I was told by "Julian" that my order had been received and cleared on 3/11 and it was shipped on 3/14. On 3/27 I emailed again to see what is going on with my purchase. I got a response from Julian again saying that my order was shipped on 3/25 due to the Easter holiday. I was unhappy with this response so I filed a claim with paypal. Julian emailed me and asked me to close the claim and I let him know it would be closed once I received my dvds or a refund. On 4/05 I escalated it on paypal. They did not respond and I received a full refund on 4/16. Allanimedvd.com has terrible customer service. Only place an order if you are looking for a problem."
"I will start off by saying that the customer support is great. However, the speed of their service is not the best. I ordered 2 dvd's on 17 i was told it will be shipped out on the 19th. I received no further e-mail stating that it was shipped so I e-mailed back and got another e-mail saying it was just shipped out on the 24th. That is over 5 days from my order. It is now February 2 and I finally received my order. I am somewhat satisfied with this company. Though the wait time did seem a little long."
