I actually have two invoice numbers, the second invoice number is 20030623223539245 also dated June 24-03. I also received an immediate automated response of the receipt of my order and also have yet to receive any response to e-mails. One of the customer service numbers "has been turned off at the customers request." They have shut off their Main Customer Service number and do not answer the other.
There is a note attached to the upper right hand corner of their home page that if you go to gives you the explaination that they are going through managment changes. I would have thought that if they had any real good intentions the first thing they would have done it contact all outstanding orders to let them know what was going on.
What bothers me is that looking at the web site which they do seem to be updating that they are still taking orders with at this time I would assume with no intentions of filling those orders either.
I will also be contacting my bank to have the charges removed.

"I purchased a dvd from this company and got a little anxious to recv. it so I tried
to call them to see if it had shipped. That's when all the fun started. When I
placed the order, I got an email immed. that said they had recv. the order.
Apparently this is their tactic to give buyers a false sense of security. That was
the only communication to date I have had with them. I have tried emails, phone
calls, etc. They do not answer their phone and the 800 number has been
disconnected. Apparently this is the way they do business, I found some sites
that reported the same exact behaviour towards other buyers since at least as far
back as November of last year. BEWARE!! At this point I don't even know if they're
still in business so I contacted my credit card company and had the charges
removed. I can understand businesses sometimes have financial difficulty but you
don't charge a customer when you have no intentions of delivering. That's just
flat wrong. "
