"Nightmare! Unethical! Dishonest!
This store purposely advertises "freebies" that they even include on the invoice and then say it was all a mistake. Received a defective, broken machine out of the box. They refuse to send me a new one. I don't know how they stay in business, but the information is all over the Internet from other victims.
Research this company and avoid it like the plague!!!!!"

Instead, I made the horrible mistake of shopping with allbrands. All time worst experience I have ever had. Now I am just one more name on this list.
Ordered a cutter there $85. It worked for only about twenty minutes. They said send it back for repair and wouldn't let me return it. While it was gone, i confirmed with them that the device could do what I bought it for. They verified with the manufacturer that it could. Once the device was back to me, they changed their story, claiming it could only do 1/2 of what I needed but they again wouldn't let me return it.
I tried the 'fixed' device again. It stopped working inside of five minutes. Total crap.
They still wouldn't auth a return...fir a device that twice failed!
After 4 months of battling and a claim with both the bbb and my credit card, they offered me store credit if I send it back at my expense.
Leaving me out shipping and return shipping....$20+ for a thing that never worked and even if it has, couldn't do what they said it could in the original and follow up sale.
Twice they said the device could do what it couldn't!
Twice it didn't work at all.
They emailed the credit number, for the amount of the original sale....then two weeks later, canceled the credit and applied a 15% restocking fee which was never a part of the bbb agreed resolution.
They are huge scammers.
Absolute crooks. This is not a legitimate business.
Please don't let them take your money too! :(
The bbb is useless. They are just a place to file a complaint but big deal. They have no power to do anything to get your money back from these scam artists. My credit card informed me of this after it was too late.
My credit card said this happens all day to consumers by companies like this and there is little that can be legally done. They are in another state so can't take action against them.
I buy on ebay often. Shop online often. I have never had a retailer be so crooked in so many different ways. It's actually mind boggling the number of fraudulant games they play. I have 20 pages worth of email history documenting their criminality.
The people who run allbrands are sick and criminal. There's a front row seat in h e l l awaiting them. That's the only piece of mind the consumer has after having lost their money and time dealing with them. Like with all criminals that get away with it.....

"Absolutely would never buy from this company again. I called customer service with the brand and model of my sewing machine for help in locating the part I needed. They shipped the wrong part which I had to return at my own expense. I waited several weeks for the correct part and when I finally received it, it was also the wrong one. When I contacted them I was told “Sorry, I didn’t check it. I just mailed it.” I also had to pay the return shipping the second time. When I complained to the BBB, Allbrands.com lied and told them I had ordered that part. After nearly three months they finally told me that the part does not even exist for my machine. Allbrands.com refused to refund my money even though it was their mistake and would only issue a store credit. When I tried to use the store credit, they would not allow me to use a discount code that they were offering for $5.00 off on a purchase, telling me that I could not have a discount in addition to the store credit! The store credit was my money that I had paid, it was not something they had given me! Unfortunately, I paid through PayPal thinking I had protection, however they are no help after 45 days. And maybe that is why it took Allbrands.com so long to ship the second time. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. Hopefully someone will hold this company accountable for ripping people off and make them refund money back to people. They sold me an item that does not even exist, never offered an apology, and will not give my money back."
"On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being poor and 10 being great, I'd rate my experience with Allbrands.com a "2". This is solely based on their return policies. They have the worst return policies of any store I've purchased from. I wanted to return an embroidery hoop that didn't live up to expectations. I didn't have to do more than put the hoop on my sewing machine to see that it wouldn't hold material firmly to embroider properly. I had to go on-line and fill out a return request. Three days later I finally get a response that they are reviewing my claim. On the 4th day they tell me they'll take it back with a 20% restocking fee and give me a store credit. The 20% restocking fee, while high, was at least indicated by the product when ordering. Giving refunds only as store credits was not. Had I known that, I would never have ordered the hoop from them. I do a lot of online shopping, but I'll be more careful in the future to check return policies."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM ALLBRANDS! Returned a defective product and they load restocking fees, you pay freight and additional fees so you lose your money and only receive partial credit to spend with them again! Rip OFF!!!"
"Via ebay and paypal bought item on 3rd of Feb. Ebay showed they had "5" in stock at the item.
I waited a week then I sent them an email They said they would ship it, then I got a back ordered email about a day later.
I try to call them and end up on hold (after a while it tells you to leave a message) and I leave a message to give me an out look. Message is not returned in over 36 hours.
I call back again and again untill I can speak to someone. They tell me to be patience and say it take a week and half to two weeks to backfill the order.
3 weeks from the time of purchase I call them several times to get through to talk to someone. They tell me it will be the first part of March before they it in stock.
They have wasted my time. Moral of the story better call and see what they have in stock before buying something from them if you can when you get it.
There communication after the sale is very bad. I have unanswered emails and phone messages just trying to sort out the status.
Current outlook is 5-6 weeks from time of purchase on EBAY to having my item. I have had to initiate pretty much all the status updates. I am debating on opening a paypal claim against them to get my money back.
This has not been a good experience at all. They still show 4 (on ebay) quantity available.
UPDATE: 4 Weeks and 2 days after purchase they shipped the item to me. At no point during the process could they give me a firm ship date. "
