"I can only recommend to stay away from ALLBUY. One of the worst customer services that I have ever seen.
With my last order I received a faulty xiaomi speaker, I guess something must be broken inside because at certain frequencies it sounds like something is vibrating inside of the speaker. This produces a very shrill noise. It is super annoying, especially when you want to use the speaker for the audio of movies. Almost every conversation produces that annoying sound.
So naturally, I contacted the customer service and assumed that it should be possible to fix this problem fairly quickly because it is obvious that the product is faulty that they send me. I was wrong. After I had to send them three different videos, to prove that there was a problem, I had them convinced that I did not imagine it. But this is apparently not enough. The customer representative feels like it is not a big deal and yes even though there is a problem the speaker is still usable (apparently he or she doesn't mind the sound issues). Therefore all they could offer me is a 2$ coupon. I should keep the speaker and live with the issue.
This is ridiculous, especially after the fact that they admitted that there is an issue with the speaker, but because they would not mind it, I should neither.
So seriously do not order from this site, if you run into an issue you are left alone with it, they basically do not care. It even seems like that their customer reps try to play for time (I had to make 3! Videos) or to make the process annoying enough that one just gives up.

"I have to say that I am really satisfied with ALLBUY. The shipping from China does take a while but now that I know they are a legitimate company, the anxiety of waiting for products isn't as bad as the first time I ordered from them.
They did not respond to a question I had about my order immediately but I think it was over the weekend and the response they eventually gave was satisfactory and courteous.
Both times I made purchases, my credit card initially blocked it as suspected fraud, so I had to let them know my card had not been stolen.
