"I bought a jacket with a logo imprinted on it and was a bit worried when there was no tracking label given for the first couple of days after the purchase. After 2 weeks of no progress, the "in process" became "in production." I thought there was just some unfortunate situation behind the scenes so I waited. Another 2 weeks later, it was still "in production." So I emailed the support to try and cancel the order since it took so long I decided to buy from another place. The customer support ignored my problem and copy pasted some message about it takes "7-10 business days." Then they closed the ticket so I couldn't even respond. I opened a new ticket to try and get a refund but they just said no refunds since it has already been produced. About an hour after that response, my order magically changed status to "Completed and shipped." I still have not received this jacket and would not recommend this company to anyone. "
"I have called multiple times and left voicemail's with never having anyone return it. I have sent multiple emails and have never gotten a response. The customer service is terrible. It had been 2 weeks after my order with no tracking or shipping information. After emailing and calling multiple times, I finally sent an email saying I wish to cancel my order. The next day I got a tracking email saying it was shipped that day and still have gotten no response from customer service. "
"So the place I work at uses this company for uniforms. Ordered my uniforms last year never got them. I sent numerous emails ... customer service is rude and horrible! Fast forward today I receive a message from Stephanie telling me that UPS had tried to deliver the uniforms to me and that I opened the package Infront of the ups ...driver I assume?...and said I do not want this items. She stated further that I should send a return label to them so that they can send the uniforms back to me and that I should have asked them permission or rather talked to them directly to let them know that I did not want the uniforms. When I told her that I never received the uniforms and that I don't know what they are talking about she stated that UPS would NEVER just keep packages and lie about it. She sent my a screenshot of the UPS label that states 'customer did not want item'. I don't even know if that was even my package since that is all I could see on the picture. These uniforms that they sell are SUPER expensive and they charge you for shipping. Mind you the customer service can only be reached by email...and they are very rude! This place should honestly be shut down!!!! They are corrupt and deceptive and a HUGE RIPOFF!!!!!!"

"If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased two sets of scrubs for my job. I never received any update on the order and after waiting for 6 months, I decided the order must've just been disregarded. I tried to call and email multiple times within the first 2 months after I first ordered the scrubs. I received the scrubs out of the blue one day, almost 7 months later!! I emailed the customer service representative stating that I would NOT pay for these scrubs. I told him I was not paying for the scrubs nor would I support this company in any way. They are still currently deducting 30$ from my paychecks, now costing me 60$ for scrubs I waited 7 months to receive. I received an email back from the representative offering me a free pair of scrubs in return for this mistake, which I declined. I have yet to hear anything back after I emailed them again, about them deducting money from my paycheck, when I was assured I wouldn't pay for the order. I will not ever support this company and I encourage individuals and businesses to avoid them at all costs. "

"I placed an order on October 4th. My credit card was charged immediately and I received a receipt e-mail. It is now more than 30 days later and I haven't received anything from allcustomwear.com. I have called and left messages for two different people and have never received a call back. I called in a third time and very firmly, yet politely asked that the receptionist transfer me to a real person and not a voice mail. He agreed, but once again all I heard was a voice mail. I have also e-mailed the owner of the company and never received a reply. I am currently working with my credit card company to receive a refund. Based off of my experience I would recommend that you stay away from allcustomwear.com."
