"I ve actually done business with ALLPMP and surprisingly all went well - I bought a RAMOS back in Sep 2012. it was shipped in 4 days and the item got to me ( Central Europe)in 2 weeks. However it didnt go without a hitch - the unit wouldnt fire up after the first charge. And all of a sudden i was thinking ok - you got what you asked for - reviews about Allpmp were and still are a few and far between so I knew I was in troubled waters. Anyways I wrote an email not really expecting any answer back. I had bought the discounted Ramos T11 AD for 60 bucks thru Paypal. Guess what the next day there was an email from allpmp requesting more info and a video of the faulty item - i was quite surprised at the response time ! Luckily that same day i was able to power up the unit - it turned out that the adapter plug was loose and was discharging the unit rather than charging it. All said and done - I wrot eback to them an drequested a firmware update link which they kindly provided to me the same day. Now over to the quality of the product |I bought from them - and here is the big question - to this date i believe they sold me a refurbushed/returned unit. I cant be 100 % sure even though. There were a few marks that were visible, a box from a different unit. Later on - a couple of months thereafter I noticed that half of the the screen was darker ( led backlight), which i cant blame on them as I only noticed too late and might have happened after some time of usage. Anyway it doesn't affect the use of the device.
I am quite technically aware and I am still using the Ramos even now - almost 1 year after - i must have flashed it 100 times (yes 100 times) and it still fires up. Anyway in conclusion I would like to say that i had a successful business with ALLPMP at the time and even though I went for a discounted product and all the risks involved with it such as getting an used/refurbished/repaired unit - this time it paid off. Looking at their site now - i cant tell much even though their product range gets updated every now and then. what worries me is that their forum has not been maintained for about 6-7 months and is full of spam posts - a sign that tells me something is just not right.Plus i sent an email 10 days ago requesting more info about a product and got nothing back.To wrap it up - at the time of my purchase I would definitely give them a fair rating - communication/response time 4/5, shipping 4/5. quality of product sold 3/5.
I would highly appreciate anyone who has recently dealt with them come out and post if possible. Until then i will hold off any buys!

"I purchased a SmartQ from allPMP and had no problem. I wanted the 5" SmartQ but it wasn't getting shipped and they suggested a Ramos unit. I accepted and got a lemon unit. I wanted to return it but got no answer. Than I thought to get an RMA and have been doing this since July.

Anyone know what's going on there?

"allPMP isn't as good as they used to be. I've placed orders in the past with this business and had no problems with the products or the service, but now the site allows you to place orders for product that are not actually in stock at the time which results in unnecessary delays in order processing and defeats the purpose for paying more for expedited shipping. I think giving a business a week or more to ship out an order is reasonable considering they failed to indicate on the web page that the item I had placed an order for was out of stock at the time, and I paid for a premium for Speedpost 2-7 day shipping. Now I just want a refund so I can place an order with a different business that will hopefully process and ship my order quickly. This is an unfortunate situation for a buyer to be in, and one easily avoided by allPMP with better communication with potential buyers on their web pages related to what products are currently out of stock. I wish things had worked out differently because I truly liked the products they offered and doing business with allPMP in the past."

"I don't normmally write reviews and have on only one prior case posted a negative review. However, due to my experience with allPMP.com I feel compelled to let others know of my experience with them. I placed an order with them. Paid for Expedited service on a SmartQ V5. I had to write to them before they finally sent it. When I received the order it wasn't a SmartQ V5 it was a SmartQ V5-II which does not have a boot to WINCE. I ordered the SmartQ V5 because I wanted the 3 OS offered on the SmartQ V5. I wrote them through their website and they wouldn't reply. Then they wanted pictures of the boot screen even though I had sent them the serial number which would have told them it was NOT a SmartQ V5. I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. They never answered that complaint and the credit card company refunded my monies to me. allPMP.com wanted me to send the SmartQ V5-II back. I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label and I'd return it to them as I no longer trusted them. They said that since they were in "China" they couldn't send a pre-paid shipping label but would reimburse me for the shipping. I shipped it back to them (though I could have kept it). This was just prior to Chinese New Years. Without posting any notice they apparently closed for over a week. Their email box was full and so it wasn't possible to email them. They finally acknowledged they received the SmartQ. They acknowledged receipt on 2/16 and as of 2/26 no reimbursement! My original order was on Nov 30th and this is still unresolved. I'll be happy to send you all the historical correspondence so just email me at ****@****. Do business with them at your own risk.

Contrary to allPMP's response they never issued a refund. American Express decided against them in the dispute and American Express removed the charge. allPMP wrote that they would reimburse me for return shipping. They never did reimburse me even after numerous requests to do so. I have an email from them stating they received the Smartq v5 II. Documentation available on request at ****@****. Ask them for documentation to support their assertions.

"I purchased a BenQ S6 portable internet computer from AllPMP, surely the item arrived within a few weeks. After a couple of months the item stopped working. I contacted AllPMP which they were helpful enough and gave me an RMA number to return the item. They also offered a service which you pay $10.00 to get you item back alot quicker, which I paid. It has now been 5 months and I still haven't got my item back. I contacted allpmp and they don't told me initially that it is not ready yet and that has been a few months ago. Now they will not respond to emails. This sort of service is just not acceptable.
I would not recommend allpmp to anyone as their after sales service is terrible.

"The item I ordered is supposed to ship within 9 hours, as advertised on the website. The money is collected right away allright...but no confirmation that the order has been received, no shipping confirmation either, after 5 days my order is still pending with no indication when it's going to be shipped...I even paid extra for the Priority Service Delivery... This is very poor customer service. I don't mind if there is a delay or something but at least keep your customers informed...They use the pretext that they are extremely busy in order to justify that they can't or won't answer to request...hummm...shop at your own risk!"

"Allpmp.com ist the worst online shop of which I have ever ordered. Allthough my product was "In Stock", it couldn't be shipped. After a few e-mails they didn't reply of my question, why my product is still pending. I'm really worried about getting my product or my money.
My advice: Don't order anything. There will be nothing but complications.

EDIT: Shipped over two weeks ago. Incredible slow shipping ! Waiting for my product for over 5 weeks and it is stll not there!!

"I am a disapointed with the last order that I made with allPMP, my order was placed on the 24th of Feb but was not shipped until the 2nd of March, the reason that I did not qualify for fast 9 hour shipping is because I also purchased a plastic stand worth $2 with my Ramos T11TE, I sent an email 48hours after placing the order to inquire why the items had not been shipped but got no reply, for the next 3 days following I sent 3 emails politely asking if I could cancel my order and have my money refunded because they failed to ship in the time stated which gave me time to change my mind, but the requests were ignored I dont think they even read my emails as they replied "the parcel was not posted yet as there are many parcels shipping today and we are not able to ship all the parcel today."
the lesson learnt is dont buy accesories when buying a PMP as they will put your order to the end of the line.

"Placed my order for a Nexus One phone on 10-02-2010.

I emailed them asking why my product was still pending on 14-02-2010 and got an email back saying it was chinese new year and I had to wait till the 17th for my order to ship.

It's the 19th now and my order is still pending.
Tried to contact the company again but got no reply.

In the store of allpmp.com I noticed they've changed the status of the Nexus One to "Presale or in Transit" however this should not have any effect on my order since when I ordered the status was "In Stock".
They even show you a counter saying X hours to next shipment next to the products they sell..

When I bought it on 10-02-2010 the counter told me 2 hours to next shipment and I'm still waiting..
Even paid $42,- for fast shipment with DHL, 5 business days they say on their website..

Not at all happy with the service of allPMP.com and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from there..

** EDIT ** Just got my paypal payment refunded from allPMP, no message of any kind just the refund. Never asked them for a refund I asked them when they will ship my Nexus One.

Stay away from them!
