My dissatisfaction related to their artist not seeming to follow my comments on color choices, cropping, etc. I specifically asked for warm colors such as magenta, but the artist gave me yellow/ blue. I also specifically said to not crop the subject (my cat), but in the first draft, my cat's hind legs were cropped out. The website said to be detailed with my comments, so I did. But it might have overwhelmed the artist. I was also not happy during the second draft that my cat's leg was painted over with the background color. Maybe this was because my cat's leg color (gray) was too similar to the background color (also gray). In any case, after several round of comments, the Warhol-style portrait of my cat came out great. I was happy with the high quality stretched canvas (with the gallery wrap). "
