"I ordered a canvas that was a gift for a big. Her brother had passed. I submitted several photos that would not work because of not being able to enlarge. The details would have been lost. They worked with me to find a pic that wold work, and told me which type of project would be best for the best end portrait. They were quick once the ordering details were decided. The gift was shipped and was a huge hit. The one thing I wish would have happened is there was no way for my friend to know I sent it to her. I had to call her and ask if she received it. "

"I understand there will be differences from the proof and the final product. However, my final product has elements that were never in any of the proofs. The water coloring does not cover the entire canvas as shown in the proofs giving it a design that I did not agree to. Also, I was under the impression the painting would extend on the sides, it doesnt. Where the painting does stop along the sides, it is uneven and crooked. Sadly, this is not the quality I thought I was paying for and will not be hanging. "
