I did have a special request you were unable to heip me with, however I was contacted the same day I ordered to let me know.The adjustment I needed was not able to be done because you could not alter the place in where they put the holes(it came pre drilled on 24 in and i needed it on the 36 in side,howerver there is enough room for me to put the holes where I need them. Order was prompt and packaging was perfect with no damage done to product. I have enjoyed my experence in purchasing your product,will do so again .
