When I went to have poster matted and framed, I learned that the actual picture size was off: approx 1" difference in the width from top of picture to bottom. We had to use a white Mat board (not the desired color) to help offset it. That was disappointing. "

"The site timed out while I was trying to order. When the order was submitted, it was the wrong size. I tried to then cancel the order and immediately followed the instructions given to me by the customer service representative. It took them 2 days to get back to me, at which time they said it was too late to change the order because it had already shipped. So then I had to return the item because it was the wrong size, but the form they said was included with the product wasn't there. I ended up having to pay for packaging materials to send it back. Very frustrating overall."
