"The framed poster arrived in good condition with no signs of rough handling. The shipping materials were disposed of before the poster was hung and looked at from proper viewing distance.
It was then apparent that the wider frame that was selected; was measured by the framer from the outside rather than measured from the inner border of the poster. This resulted in a loss of 3/4 inch +- of the image on all sides obscuring the white hem and covering some of the image, lettering and artists signature.
The poster should be reframed using either a narrower frame stock or increasing the outer frame measurements."
