Our Customer Service Rep (Chris), went above and beyond getting the manufacturer to re-cast the statue. It took a bit longer than expected, but the detailing is exquisite. All of us are very pleased and the statue will be enjoyed by our community for many years to come. "
"We bought a wonderful dolphin themed mirror from these guys, specifically from SPI.
We broke the glass in the mirror, and AllSculptures customer support tells me "replacement mirrors are not available".
Gee, I wonder how they get the mirrors to build new products. Clearly this is a policy decision--screw the customer."
"I am a maker of sea-themed pottery and ordered an octopus cup holder to use for display at my sales.
The picture shows several cups hanging from the octopus arms, but when the item arrived, I was dismayed to find that some arms are not functional (no hook) and the rest have such a tiny curve that only the most minute of teacups would fit. It cost me $55 to purchase. In requesting a return, I was told that their shipping costs would be deducted from my refund, plus it cost me $24.98 to ship it back. I am essentially out the total price.
I feel this item is misrepresented and should be marketed as a jewelry holder only.

Their website said they had an item in stock, but several weeks after I order and repeated email result in finding out that they do not have the item or know when they will. I am attempting to cancel and order from someone else.
They take several days to respond to email as well. I will never do business with them again."

"One of the worst online experiences ever--and I buy just about EVERYthing online now. Ordered a gift for a friend; but after 4 weeks went by without receiving anything I emailed them to cancel the order. THAT DAY they shipped it. The next day, I got an email telling me it was too late to cancel.
When the expensive "fiber stone" little statue arrived, it had the look and feel of plastic. I was too embarrassed to give it as an anniversary gift as planned, so I emailed AllSculptures to return. I was told I had placed a "custom" order so they would not allow me to return it. Custom? I had less options than ordering a cheap pair of shoes: I got to pick the color ("finish") I wanted, and that was it. I've tried emailing several times, but they keep insisting that somehow, I ordered something that was unique to me.
BE CAREFUL about ordering from this site! They take a L O N G time to fulfill the order, and they are determined to keep your money whether you're happy or not."

"My experience with AllSculptures.com was ALL I'd hoped for. I ordered 3 "Blowing a Kiss" sculpture as gifts and EACH one was perfect. The order was fulfilled in a timely manner and i was so pleased after receiving them sooner than I expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company as they ALSO return telephone calls. Also, the packaging was great - items individually boxed and securely encased in its container. I will for certain order from them again."
"Purchased a bird girl sculpture from them and when it arrived it was too small. So I contacted them and asked to exchange it for the larger one. They told me I had to return it at my own cost and insure it at my own cost(It's heavy, going to cost me a fortune). The reason I bought it from them is it was free shipping. All I wanted was a return shipping label and they refuse. It is an expensive item and I would have ordered the more expensive one from them anyways. Not now, I learned my lesson, I will send it back and have already found it at a different company for the same price and free shipping and a return policy that lends itself to good customer service!!!"
