"My problems were all with the ordering process. Once the order was placed - the product did arrive on time and was as described.

I tried placing an order with my Credit Card - but it came back and said the card was declined because the address I had given all-battery did not match the address on my Credit Card. I double checked everything, tried again, same result.

I called my Credit Card company - they indicated that they Approved the transaction - but that All-Battery must be the one declining. I also verified that the address I gave All-Battery was EXACTLY the same as my Credit Card company had on file, including spacing, capitalization etc. It was Exactly the same.

I sent an email to All-Battery customer support regarding my issue, waited several days and never heard back. Normally I'd just give up - however I really needed the items - so I placed my order again - this time using PayPal.

Very disappointed that their system is declining valid orders and that their customer service department doesn't want to assist with the issue. The products are good - the customer service isn't. "
