"These idiots suspected my order was fraudulent. They claimed to have emailed and phoned our company numerous times. They were lying. We received no phone calls and no emails. We verified this by checking our call log and also ensuring no emails had been directed to the Spam filter on our email server.
They are incompetent at best.

Our company provides IT services to hundreds of clinics and hospitals. This often includes mobile devices such as pulse oximeters, defibrillators, examination lights and mobile scanners.

Based on our experience I would never consider using these batteries at any of our client sites. I also plan to file a complaint with the BBB in their district as well as any battery related discussion group that I can find.

"Order, shipping and receipt was all good- no issues there. The quality of these batteries is the problem. They are each installed in rather expensive solar lights. Two of the batteries will not accept a charge, while the others are dimmer than the 4-year old original NiCads they replaced. I have ordered a new set of NiCads, from another source, to replace these. My money was wasted on this purchase."
