"As a 8 year customer of this company, spending over a thousand dollars in product purchases in that time, documented, they've gone down hill in customer service and products. At present, I received a defective out of the box charger, telling me someone would email me a RMA number for this DOA charger, but after a week, they've apparently given me the proverbial "finger." I hope the President of this company reads this, because his people are ruining his company's reputation. DON'T do business with them. As for me, I'm having the credit card company charge the dead product back to them. Furthermore, unless they change their tune, they won't be getting any more business from my company."
