"Ordered a 10 WaH 37 V Lithium battery pack. After paying for the shipping expected it in a few days. Not so fast. They call me up and say I have to pay an extra $40 hazard fee for shipping...This is nowhere on website, item description or in the checkout cart! I decided to pay the extra fee anyway (more the gullible me). I Get the shipping info and watch, it gets returned by UPS to the company for some 'hazardous event'. I wait for them to ship it out again. They don't...they had to investigate a few days before they said UPS couldn't explain the 'harzardous event'. Promised the item in a couple days after that. No such luck...finally arrived 3 days after the last promised date, 1 month and 2 days after the original order date...unbelievable! How are these guys even still in business?"
