The shipping was ok, took 8 days to get the batteries, but I wasn't really in a hurry so ... the product was good, but I was told the batteries took 30 minutes to charge and truth is, when you charge all 5 batteries on the pig tail usb charger, it took an hour and a half. All in all, Price= great, Product = great, and shipping = ok. YES I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN !
