"Zero would be more appropriate. They are horrible. No quality control. My eyeglasses came to me damaged after waiting 18 days to receive them. The damage is so obvious it show they could care less and hope to make me eat the cost. Don't shop at alldesignerglasses dot com!!!
I'm dealing with customer service, in another country of course. They are reading from cue cards. It's like speaking with a robot, maybe worse. So far I haven't even been given an authorization to send the damaged goods back.
The glasses they sent are beyond repair. What company would send such crap to a customer.

"I have a very high end prescription. -8.00 + in each eye. I went to them for they had the best price with the frames I wanted. I ordered 1.67 index to reduce the thickness and cost $159.00. (then there are a discount) After submitting my order I receive and mail claiming they have to 'custom make' my lenses, and the cost would be and extra $246.50 for those lenses. I called them and asked for my money back.
I have ordered glasses from online from other places and NEVER was charged extra for higher index lenses. Also their website does not have any warnings of extra charges if they have to "CUSTOM MAKE" lenses. Total BS!!!! "

"Like all other reviews you can find about this site, I am here to tell you to avoid this site. I ordered a pair of glasses from them and received the usual confirmation expected of any site. However, 10 days later I had heard nothing regarding my order. I email their customer service department in hopes of receiving an update, and eventually receive a response that tells me the item I ordered should not have been on their site because it is no longer available. Seriously?! Ten days later and I had to inquire in order to obtain this info. At least they didn't charge my account."
"i bought a pair of glasses from All Desiger Glasses and i had to send back. Not only do they make it a huge inconvenience to send back because they won't return your calls if you leave a message but, require a RA number before thsy will give you a refund. Which takes forever to get your refund back and last but not lease they keep a restocking fee of 15%. I won't be buying from these guys again.
When i called to discuss this i could barely understand the agent and when i told her i was a dissatified customer she reponded "O.K.", that's all! Good luck if you plan to buy from these crooks."
