"Mid-August I ordered a cake topper for my wedding in December. It's now September 22nd, 2011 and I still have not received it. I have been scammed. I have attempted to contact this company three times two weeks after ordering this product via email, since when you call it says to email vs dealing with their customers over the phone. I then had an email back stating their company had evacuated their warehouse in Canada due to a hurricane warning. They gave a specific date they would be back in the office and contact me. Three business days after "this date" I had not heard from them so I called and left a voicemail. They called me back the same day, stating they had shipped two cake toppers out already and upon verifying my address determined it wrong. They stated they would, that day, ship another out to the right address. It has been over a week and a half now and still no delivery. Angry, I contacted customer service over the phone again yesterday. Each time I've called this company no one ever answers. I'm always put through to voicemail. I threated to call my credit card company related to this and I had a call back from the manager last night, stating they would call me first thing in the morning. It is now one o'clock and still no phone call. Also, when speaking to the manager he stated they were unable to ship my product at this time as their ware house in New Jersey was flooded and they were replacing their stock and shipping it out when able to. Two weeks after my order I was told it was already shipped from Canada, conflicting stories. I highly advise no body order from this company. Before making my purchase I read reviews on here and with a few 5/5 I thought it would be safe to order from this company. BUT I WAS WRONG! On a side note, I attempted to go to their web site to write a review. They have 5 reviews posted on their web site. All 5/5. But, if you look, there is no way to write a review of your own. With this, you have been warned."
"Ordered from them in early April. By the middle of May order still not received, I contacted them and they said they would refund in 7-10 days. Now it's middle of June and no refund yet, and my wedding has came and went. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully I'll get my money back. AVOID!"
"Please run from this company!! I placed an order on August 6,2010 for the amount of $55.20, which was taken out of my account immediately. As of this date November 24, 2010 I have still not received my order. I have called and get an answering machine that tells me how to contact them via email. When I emailed them on 4 different occassions I was told the product will be there in within 10 days, I still do not have the product. I then asked for a refund, in which I was told they already gave me a refund. I contacted my bank they checked the records and of course that was not true. I knew it was not true because I had changed my card number. I now have had to contact an attorney to try and get a refund. Please run for your life when it comes to this company!!!"
"Ordered cake topper from this company never received it. I called and spoke with someone twice and got the run around everytime. Finally after giving them 4 weeks to deliver my cake topper I tried to call again and they would not answer my calls. I had to call from a different number to get them to answer the phone. The woman wanted to argue with me about my money I spent on merchandise they never sent and keep saying they were sending. Very unproffessional service. She could not provide a tracking number or anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM allforyourwedding.com they are going to scam you until you realize your being scammed and try to get your money back. "
"I was looking for a specifice cake topper and after looking around, Allforyouwedding.com had the best price when including shipping. After waiting a week for it to ship, I emailed them asking when it would ship. Within minutes, I got an email that they would check on it. Another week later, it finally shipped. It is exactly what I wanted and am happy with my order.
So, if you order from them, make sure you have plenty of time because it might take a while to ship."
"Ordered an item. The item was out of stock. Asked merchant to cancel the order multiple times. The merchant still hasn't canceled the order. Merchant has not refunded till date.
Most accredited/reliable merchants charge the customer WHEN the item is shipped to the customer. This merchant charges the customer when the order is placed. This makes it very difficult for the customer to resolve issues.
Opened dispute with my CC company to get my money back. Don't shop with this merchant. Amazon has great selection and excellent customer care - I would try them."
"Do Not Buy From This Company!! Processing of Package was very slow, and then there was a mistake with the delivery of the package. Tried emailing and calling Customer Service and only spoke with a human once, and they were not willing to help at all. Very Poor Company. There excuse is that they are a small company. It doesn't matter if you are a small company your customer service shouldn't be horrible. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt the need to warn everyone about the company "All For Your Wedding." "Very disappointing!!! Order placed several weeks ago with no update on wherabouts of order. Sent email asking...no reply. My wedding is in 11 days and I have not yet received my order. Then I went to the website today, which is apparently either under contruction or just no longer existent. Brides are stressed out enough as it is and this "company" just adds to it! "This experience has been the worst I've ever had with any purchase, and I am not the dramatic type, it's been terrible. I placed my order on October 31st with the website guarantee that I would receive that item in no more than 14 days. I called two weeks later to find out what is going on, only none of the website phone numbers work. I tried e-mail and finally received a response which stated that my order would arrive by the beginning of the next week. Well, it is now 5 weeks since I placed my order and I have not been able to get any response from the company either via phone or e-mail, even to cancel the order, and I am now having to spend this afternoon going to my nearest bank branch to file a dispute of charges claim in order for the bank to go after the company and get my money back. It's pretty much ridiculous."

Web site - easy to navigate and order, but shipping costs - just an estimate.
Order was processed and shipped extremely fast.
Issue with shipping cost - was increased after the order was placed, customer service explained that it was due to the increased gas prices (not updated since last year). Web site was not up to date.
The price of the item purchased was increased after the purchase - the customer service representative pointed out that the price of the item was not up to date on the web site, when the order was placed (this increase was not passed to me)...
In resume - very good prices and selection, excellent delivery, be prepared for not updated web site information."
