"These guys are SCAM ARTISTS! They shutdown the webpage and also disconnected thier phones. BEWARE of most Brooklyn, NY companies. From now on I will buy from a good place and pay they extra 30 bucks."

"If you are reading this it's probably too late. Thanks to the users below who confirmed my suspicions.
After finding this bunch as the low-cost supplier on yahoo shopping, I ordered a camera on 11/08. I got a confirmation e-mail quickly and all seemed well. I checked back 1 week later to get a tracking number. My call was answered quickly and I was told to call CS after 3:00. I called back and was given a tracking number and told that the item would be mailed the next day. However, the number was bogus. Since then, I have spent hours each day listening to busy signals. The occasional ring is allowed to go on until there is a busy signal again. This week I got my CC statement to see that I was charged on the 10th by deluxedigitalcom. After finding very little info on these people, I saw the comments from others below. I called discover and they are issuing me a temporary credit until they can contact the merchant (by mail). If they are unable to help, I should have some recourse through yahoo shopping, although I see this merchant is no longer available through them. They still, however, have their yahoo shopping 5-star rating posted on their site. Caveat emptor!

"Said product in stock and immediately charge my credit card. They did not have product and made many misrepresentations over next several weeks. Finally, I cancelled order. They did not promptly issue credit and I had to file dispute with credit card company. They are a total fraud!"

"Did a bunch of research as to who this company was since I did not want to buy from an unreputable dealer. I could not find anything bad about them, I also didnt find anything good, in fact I couldn't find anything period. Guess that should have been my first clue. I purchased a minolta DImage 7i for $615. My card was charged immediately, an I waited 7 days to contact them to in regards to shipping info. I also sent 7 emails regarding my order status that were never responded to. At that time I then noticed bad ratings here. I decided to cancel my order based on others experiences recently posted and spent the extra $110 and bought it from Buydig.com. It has been four business days and I still haven't been credited back my money from all home electronics. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and wait until through the weekend to call discover to dispute the charges."

"Buyers beware!
I've ordered Sony DCR-TRV950 camcorder 10/25/02. Call the right after it to ‘confirm’ order. Didn’t order any accessories/warranty, but salesman was not pushy. I got promise to ship my order 10/29/01. Card was charged 10/25/02. I called them 10/30/02 to get tracking number and was told that there is no camcorder at their distributor warehouse and they expecting in mid November. I canceled my order and was promised to get full refund in 5 business days. Today is 11/13/02 no money credited on my card account. Just filed a transaction dispute.

"After ordered on line from Yahoo about 4 days, I called them for tracking number and they said that the tracking number would send to me next 7 days. After 7 days, there was nothing. I called them and they said that customer service is from 3PM to 7 PM EST and I called back at 3:30 PM EST the store closed already.
They had charged my credit card right on the date that I ordered (10/30/02) after 2 weeks they sent email to me and said that they couldn't get money from my credit card.

"On November 4th, 2002 I attempted to purchase a Sony Digital Camera from All Home Electronics formerly known as Sharper Digital.com. The reason why I know that this is their name is because when they hung up on me I called back and they had an answering machine that answered Sharper Digital. If your going to try and rip people off be smart about it. On with the story, I ordered online and the next morning I called back and asked to get status and see if they received the order. After speaking to a rude individual he said that the order would take a couple days to process and hung up. To this date no camera, no calls and nothing but headaches. They charged my credit card but never sent me the item nor did they acknowledge that they received my order. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. A company that I would HIGHLY recommend is IBUYDIGITAL.COM. I purchased the camera got in two days and was never pressured to buy accessories. The gentleman that I dealt with was Jake. He is a very nice guy and next week I'm going back to purchase a camcorder.
