The selection and quality of items can't be beat. I had several questions about the item before I bought and Ian with their Sales and Service Squad responded quickly and with great detail. Because he didn't know the answers to 2 of my questions, he went to the manufacturer for the answers and got back with me within a day. "
"Customer service is unreliable. We called three times to have an update on the shipping of our item and were told three different stories. When the shipping company does not pick up your item this week, you will have to wait at least another week for them to come back. How can a shipping company not pick up your item when they are requested to do so? And if there is no space in the truck (?), how come it takes another week for them to come back? What kind of medieval shipping is this company using? "

"The layout of your website is quite user friendly. The images and the descriptions are well chosen for the products they represented. The links and the structure of the website is sound and made for quick transitions between pages with no frustrating loading issues between pages. I browsed for other products, out of curiosity, because the site flowed so nicely. However, the catch comes at the actual purchase moment. The site is not set up for Canadian buyers. I could not enter my information and finding "help" on the matter was a bothersome challenge. Even once the help "page" was located, there was no clear statement of "For Canadian purchasers......do this....to complete your order...", as an example. I couldn't enter my mailing address because of the US-centric nature of the software. Thanks to some assistance I was able to acquire that product I was after. As you can see from the rating choice, overall, the experience was still a good one. "
"The fabric in the duvet is outstanding. It is soft and feels great to the touch; however, the colors are not quite true to the picture in the online picture. Still, we love it because it is the most appropriate mid-century spread that we have found after looking 2 years!"
