"Fast, timely delivery. Chairs were packaged very well. But a few of the metal legs had rust spots underneath where they are to be screwed in. Since it was underneath the looks did not matter but I hope it will not compromise the durability over time. One other problem- one of the chairs material is slightly damaged, like it was hit with something or defective. It is so slight and i'm hoping it will not get any worse over time. I have not contacted All Modern because I do not want to return a chair. The chairs seem to be strong- well made especially for the price, they are very comfortable and they look great! Overall, I am glad I purchased them from All Modern and should I need anything in the future will not hesitate to order from them."
"I expected a fullly assembled cabinet to arrive. I was surprised to find a package with about a million pieces for me to assemble. The cabinet may be just fine, but I won't know until I can get someone to put it together.
I'm a 90 year old man living in a senior center apartment. I probably would not have ordered it if if I had known it was in pieces. I have no tools, and I can't see very well. This is not a job for me.
Your advertising should say more obviously that it needs assembly. That information is actually therel but very buried. I did not read the entire specifications, so I suppose it's my own fault for not reading the fine print.

"Yes, the headboard arrived on time (11/15/16). But without the hardware to assemble and install. Then began the saga of getting the hardware. First, the chat lady said it did not come with the hardware, but their very own website said it did. Asked to talk to a supervisor, who had to look into it. He did finally have it ordered...to ship and arrive IN TWO WEEKS. After being unable to reach John by phone and not having my calls returned I talked with Tara about having the shipment expedited which she promised to do...supposedly to arrive LAST Monday (11/21). Still do not have it. Checked with FedEx and the delivery date is 11/29 so they did not expedite a thing....just lied about it. First and last time I will shop with this retailer."
