"I ordered a gift on their website, pleasantly surprised by their offering free one-day shipping; I needed to have a gift by the weekend (this was a Wednesday evening.)
Next morning, I checked on the status and was dismayed to see that it was not going to arrive until Monday. So -- I called about that issue and was told that I must have missed something -- but she would try to upgrade it to one-day.
As a test (because I was SURE I hadn't missed anything and because I really needed the gift by Friday), I ordered another set of the gift, making sure to screenshot every step of the process. I even used their shipping estimator which said the order and address was eligible for 1-day shipping to get to me by Friday. Got to the final confirmation screen, still promised Friday delivery (1 day shipping). Then went to order summary: stated a Monday delivery.
Contacted customer support chat immediately, where the rep was quite nice and said that she would take care of it, there must a glitch in their system somewhere. (I mean, there's not much she can say against the photographic evidence....) However, it didn't get to me until Monday. Grrr...
In the end, the original package got to me on time though. (Hurray!) "
