The second is the #5 board is missing. I cannot develop the desk without these pieces.

"I ordered a bed from All Modern. The delivery agent, Reeds home delivery, came to my house twice and did not have the bed either time. Both times they said they would come back the next day, and both times they did not come back the next day, or even call me to explain the situation. It has now been more than a week since the expected delivery date and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the ground. I reached out to All Modern after the second failed delivery, and they were very sympathetic, and assured me they were dealing with the issue and would reach out to me, either via email or by phone, by the next morning at the latest to let me know what was going on. They did not ever get back to me, even after I called and left a message with the agent I spoke with. When I called Reeds, they claimed they would deliver it tomorrow, but could not provide a delivery window. I cancelled the order. I have zero trust in this organization and I am now afraid they will drag out the return process. This was a big purchase for me and I was really excited about it, but the experience has honestly been a complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs. I sincerely wish that I had. "
