"Love my coffee table but the worst delivery service ever. The coffee table was very heavy and shipped in a wooden crate. I didn't realize at the time but my free shipping was only for door front delivery or porch. The moving men dropped this heavy piece of furniture in the middle of the driveway and drove off! Didn't ring doorbell or leave in front of door. It took me some time and two strong men to get my coffee table up the walkway and in the front door. Who leaves a purchase conveniently at the end of driveway for someone to put in their truck and drive away? Very unhappy."

"Unlike Amazon, you charge for returns.
They have several categories to choose from. If it's simply that you didn't like it then ok, charge.
However, people are human and make mistakes...order the wrong color or too many, by accident..defective, too big, doesn't fit, parts missing, arrived slightly damaged...
Regardless of the reasons, we're charged even when the item is defective, etc.
To obtain that refund from All Modern or Wayfair, I need to call the customer service agent so I can return and not be charged for those instances whereby damaged or parts missing.
That's a hassle especially for working parents.
I'm waiting to hear back from you about a patio furniture item that arrived damaged from 2+ wks ago. All I want is to exchange the defective section and no news. It's not the customer service agent's fault, she's been amazing. It's the manufacturer that is not responding to the agent I'm communicating with regarding this issue.
Make it simple, with lots of options to pick from on returns and not charge return shipping on ALL orders.
That's my recommendation. Happy to talk to anyone in house if there are any questions.

"pretty much what iexpected good quality product ihad problem with 1 bolt on hinge but with a lttle inginuity i solved the problem with a longer bolt plus a nut.chair works well"
