"Everything went fine until I had to process a return. Boy is their return process difficult. First you have to go on line and request a return, then you have to wait to receive authorization from them, which, in my case didn't come, meaning that I had to call them on the phone and wait 30 minutes to get through. Then the return authorization I received was incorrect and I had to text to request a correction, then they changed the cost of return shipping, which I disputed and had to get on the phone again, to a different agent at a different phone number. Then that agent had to send me a new corrected return authorization which to date, 12 hours later, hasn't arrived yet. Evidently their "system" isn't working correctly so neither return shipping nor e-mails can get out, despite the fact that I have already received 4 incorrect e-mails! Warning to on line shoppers: before you hit purchase be sure you want the product because returns are so hard that your likely to get stuck with the item you buy! Compare this experience to Amazon on which returns are processed with two clicks and a print out and you'll stay shopping at Amazon!"
