"Purchased a pool alarm that goes off when the wind blows and only
after only having received it 3 days ago. They indicated I had to work with the manufacturer to get my money back. Well they actually spoke with the manufacturer and got me an RMA.

So it took a few negative emails from me but in the end I was able to get refunded.

This should not have been that difficult.

I would only buy items from this reseller where you know the product works well."
