"I ordered $50, they charged be shipping of $73. When I called they can't justify the shipping cost and they said they can't do anything because item has been shipped and they don't take returns "
"After placing my order I had to call several times to persuade them to ship the goods. Parts were allegedly in stock, did not ship for 4 weeks and despite of 3 phone contacts. Once they shipped they never arrived, allegedly gotten damaged.
Certainly the last time I'm contacting All-Spec (it was my first time as well). "
"PROS: The lowest prices for Wiha tools.
CONS:
1) No free delivery - no matter how much $$$ you have spent.
2) If all the tools that you have ordered and received are in perfect condition you are lucky, if not the company exchange/RMA policy is out of this world, never and I say again I have never dealt with a company that makes you ship the defective product that you have just received to the manufacture for the exchange under warranty, no return shipping label supplied, you will have to make a trip to the UPS location not store, UPS stores do not do shipping collect. Then after 20 emails and 10 calls and 2 weeks wait you finally will receive the exchanged tool from the manufacture in my case it was Wiha. Last call that I have with All-Spec about the status of the exchange end up with their promise to get back to me with email or a call, that never happened. I do not know if my experience with All-Spec is unique, but the $30.00 that I have saved is not worth it.

After 6 weeks, Nicole in customer service now tells the will not replace the unit but will send a part if i want to fix it. Still do not have the part or use of a damaged unit. "Horrible service. Ordered an LED "reading lamp" that was so bright that you can't read the page due to glare. Customer service was no help and took no responsiblity for their mis-representation of the product. Charged 20% re-stock fee and didn't even offer to pick up the return UPS.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"

"All Spec advertised it wouldn't charge for shipping for orders over $25.00. I tried ordering a product that met the minimum requirement. But when I selected Continue after entering my info, it flagged for STATE. So I entered it again and Continued. Then, as I reviewed, It had changed the Country. So I corrected that and went to check-out. Before Submitting, I noticed it was now charging for shipping. Not because of the State or Country, but simply because they hoped I didn't notice the charge after correcting their mistakes. What a racket!"
"Do NOT buy WIHA products from these guys. I ordered from All Spec because they had the cheapest prices but when i received my order, the quality of the tools were not the same as WIHA's i've bought in the past. They sold me KNOCK OFFS!!! The WIHA tool set looked the same, had the same Item Number 26190 and UPC bar code but the tools were cheap, much lighter then my originals, cheaper plastic and different material and finish. The tips should be magnetized but the ones they shipped were not. Stay away."

"Do not buy from this company unless you want unexpected charges on your credit card that you have to file a dispute for. To make it worse they already add extra fees if your order isn't a certain dollar amount. Their customer service is horrible and will not help you at all.
