"Absolute crap! I ordered a black Bern Macon helmet with the hard hat liner in medium size. These idiots took their sweet time shipping it to me. When I opened up the box I found a grey Bern with the winter lining! It's a freaking snowboarding helmet! To top it off, it was an XL! Also inside the box was a copy of my order, which listed, quite clearly, the correct item. These guys are either illiterate or stupid. Or maybe they just don't care, which is my guess. Avoid at all cost. "

"Yet another online merchant who advertises and accepts orders for items they don't have. Credit card charged (at least authorized) immediately for an item they don't actually have in stock and has been discontinued. Most items appear to be full list price, so little reason to shop here."
