"Okay, this goes back to at least a year ago, roughly. I noticed on the first chilly day of winter, needing to defrost my windshield that my controller wouldn't go all the way to defrost. Actually it would, but it would bounce back, so I did some online research and figured out that I probably needed to replace the cable because they get a kink, usually up near the control dial behind the dash. So I started searching for one online. I found a few places, but was looking for a company I already knew and had experience with. One unnamed company didn't seem to have it or said it was no longer available. After all, my Jeep is a 2007 so it's beyond the date which OE parts are usually still produced. I looked around on some other sites and settled on Summit Racing, a company I've dealt with many times. So I ordered one from them. It said when I ordered that this was coming from a 3rd party and might be a few months. Well a few months passed and I checked from time to time for an update. It finally seemed it was never coming, so I let half the summer go by and didn't think much about it, but late this summer, I started searching again, I found a couple sites online; side note, there's a NAPA right here in town that shows it's no longer available, so I skipped them. I found some other sites, then stumbled onto one that didn't have very good reviews. Oddly, the site looked 'exactly' like the site for All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I mean every bit of the layout, everything, but it had very poor user ratings, so I discarded the idea of buying from them, simply to have to call my bank to reverse the charge. Then I found this site, 'All Star', very suspicious and noted that in the customer remarks section of the order that I was suspicious and I wouldn't hesitate to call my bank if things didn't seem right. I think this was October 22nd, so 5 days ago. I'm currently sitting here with the part right by my side. I told them if this turned out to be a pleasant transaction, I'd leave a review and here it is. I can't promise everyone's purchases will go as smoothly as mine, but I'm extremely pleased and will likely use them again in the future. When you own a Jeep, replacing parts is not an unusual occurrence."

"I ordered a lens for my 2017 RAM right turn signal (because it fell off while driving) part on 9/26 and 10/5 got an email that they did not know which side of the truck. (in the comments I told them with the original order which side) Then after emailing them back on 10/7 I get an email on on 10/10 that they could not get my credit card to process. I called them and the part actually got shipped on 10/11.
