"I ordered a 5-pack of Click-n-Carry Bottle Belt Clips, and the order was delayed. I didn't see the email notifications they sent asking if I still wanted the order or if I wanted to cancel for a full refund. In the meantime they sent a couple of other emails apologizing for the delay and offering to take 1/2 the price off if I still wanted to buy. By the time I got back to them they were extremely helpful and accommodating, and I will be getting half off the price for about a three week delay. Since I'm not really in a hurry, I thought that was excellent customer service and a very generous offer. Three weeks is not a big deal, whether I was in a hurry or not. I would definitely shop with these guys again. Thanks for the great communication.
