"I can't say enough about how bad these people are. The customer service is straight up RUDE! Seriously, you ask a question, and the guy slowly sighs like you are stupid for asking and then repeats some stupid phrase that still doesn't answer the question, i.e. "What is the rough turn around time on a repair..?" "sigh........I don't know......"
My personal situation: They sent me a defective G4 Feiyu Tech gimbal. After dealing with the ice-cold excuse for the Human on the other end, I finally was able to send it in. What do they do? Send me another defective unit and let me know that the warranty I was covered under is now expired. So now, after paying a lot of money for this crap, I have to send it back to China for service. The best part! The shipping costs are 80% of the original price for the product. So now I'm paying almost double for a crap product sold by a crap retailer.

"Received the Phantom in a timely manor. Used the quad and the H3 3D Gimbal only a dozen times before the flat ribbon cable that connects to the Go Pro video out port, broke. I figure, surely this is a warrantied part so I called All E RC and left a message. They returned the call and left a message for me that it was not a warrantied part since the drone was, their words, 'Too Old"! LOL. I purchased it less than 2 months ago! I returned their call and spoke with someone different on the phone than had left the message. After explaining to him what had transpired he said, No, that's not a warrantied part since the only way they break is due to mishandling. SO WHAT IS IT? It's not warrantied because it's too old? Or it's been mishandled?? Trust me, I have not crashed or roughed this Quad up in any fashion. The simple process of connecting and removing the video cable from the GoPro is enough to break the ribbon cable. Google it. It's a common problem that these guys won't make right. Although they wouldn't make this right for me they did however tell me the part number of the cable that I could purchase on their website for $4. WTF?? You're telling me you would risk losing a customer for a $4 part, my cost, their cost less than half I'm sure. Great job guys! You've just lost a customer that spends more on his hobby a year than some people make. I'll spend my $ elsewhere!"
"This is a top notch company. I had a warranty issue with a product purchased through Amazon with All e RC listed as the seller. Called All e RC directly. Even though they were not obligated to fulfill the warranty, they did so no questions asked.

"I am a professional videographer who recently got into aerial videography. I wanted to upgrade my first setup and was about to purchase a kit from a company in China. All companies I checked in the USA were about 30-40% higher in price for the same components. Then I found ALL e RC website and checked their prices; they were just a tad over the Chinese company prices and I decided to place my order with them.

Bob emailed me throughout the process asking me questions about the stuff I had and wanted to add to my new setup. It turned out half of what I would have ordered in China would have NOT worked with what I had.
Bob built modifications for my gimbal at NO extra charge and added free components to connect all my parts.
I wanted a partial delivery, I got it. I needed a part next day while I was in Hawaii (I live in NYC) I got it next day.
I feel I can ask any questions and get the right, unbiased answer.
This is a company we all need to keep in business for their expertise, honesty and service. Totally out of the ordinary!"
