"We live in a condo community, and we receive packages via UPS all the time without issue. I placed my order online with Allegro Medical and received a shipping notice that my order was being shipped via UPS. The tracking number provided never worked. My husband and I were at home on Sunday when the first delivery attempt was made, and it was not by UPS; rather, they used a company called GSO. We found the ticket pasted to the front door. We called GSO on Sunday to ask them why the driver had not even called us but no one answered the phone. I called GSO on Monday to confirm that the shipment was going to arrive. My husband took the day off work and waited. I came home from work, walked the dogs, came back, and found a sticker on the door. Again, GSO did not attempt to get in the building or deliver our package. When I called GSO, I got nothing but lies. When I called Allegro Medical, I told them that I wasn't happy that I had been told that my products were coming via UPS when in reality they weren't. The person on the phone at Allegro Medical was so uncooperative, I ended up hanging up and calling back. I talked to a gentleman named Alex, and he did a very good job. He had me on hold for about 13 minutes, and I hung up, but he called me back and explained that he had cancelled my order (as I had requested) and continued to explain the process of my refund. I appreciated that and was ready to call Allegro Medical the next day to apologize and order again. However, when I did so, the woman that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. She interrupted me frequently until the point where I told her I wanted to talk to her supervisor because it was obvious that we were not on the same page. She refused, and I ended up hanging up on her. Because of this experience, I will NEVER use Allegro Medical again."
