I finally gave up on ordering what I wanted until you sent me back a message the following day asking why I didn't complete my order!! At least then I could complete the order. Tell your web designer Adios and get someone else. Internet shopping should be fast, simple and to the point.
get your survey questions answered with a follow up or AFTER you placed your order, offer a discount for using peoples time to answer questions only YOU need to know. All in all this is the 2nd WORST wesite Ive ever ordered from. The other stole from me."

"Very well designed website. Product selection is fantastic and prices very good also. Tracking information was slow and inaccurate. we had received one of the two packages before we got the shipping notice and the Fed-Ex tracking number was incorrect. That is OK because I placed the order on A holiday weekend and we still received the order on two consecutive days the next week using only standard shipping. Overall, the experience was fantastic!
