"The box was delivered during the day, put on my porch, and soaked through when I got home. I know that the carrier is partly to blame for not putting it in a plastic bag (heavy rain was very much forecasted), but it ruined my KinesioTape ($$$) and Imak Arthritis gloves. I think the contents of the boxes should always be protected if they can be damaged by water, especially expensive items like the gloves and tape!!! The other stuff was fine, but very wet, major hassle. "
