"I ordered filters for my water furnace series seven from their advertised list of comparable filters. Filter are not correct size, they are smaller than the proper filter. I was told that they will work on my Geothermal system, however, when asked if they would guarantee that they replied they could not. They also lied and said that the filter I needed was not on their list. The list clearly states for Water Furnace series 7. They do not refund or accept returns, they offer a 50% discount for their mistake, afraid to throw away more money on possibly another incorrect size. DO NOT USE THEM THEY HAVE HUNDRES OF BAD REVIEWS. THIS IS MY FIRST BAD REVIEW EVER. "
