"I ordered 6 magazines that were back ordered. After 6 months I contacted them and had no response. Afoound that time, my order status changed to 'Pending'. After 9 months, I requested status and they indicated they would ship within a few weeks. Since then i have contacted them at least 6 times and they fail to respond at all. My order still shows as 'Pending'. They took my money up front and have essentially stolen it. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from these thieves."

"I purchased two back ordered P-Mags for my AR-10 from Allied Armory on February 23, 2013. After waiting for over a year without receiving anything I tried contacting them to cancel my order since I found the magazines elsewhere. I sent 6 contacts and waited 3 weeks for a response from them. "
"Would not recommend making an order on any backordered items. First, this seller charges upfront and has a contractual clause they take 10% of any backorders cancelled charges (Seemingly against FTC statutes, yet I'm no lawyer). Secondly, there was no following of any FTC guidelines regarding emailed timeframes. I awaited over 4 months and only received one email which was a newsletter system so not specific to my order at all. The email indicated they were still working on backorders and any chargebacks will be met with lawsuits in Los Angeles, CA. This is again in the fine print which I highly recommend reading before any order. When my order was cancelled, and I will give some praise for atleast cancelling within 48 business hours, the email did not provide any timeframe for said refund, no actual name of who sent it and only an indication of "sales department" and their main webpage. Buyers beware, I work customer service for websites and have never been given such little information when my money is taken immediately. Caveat Emptor"
"3rd order with AA and just as good as the 1st one. I emailed CS on Sunday morning and David the Owner responded to me that same day. I honestly didn't expect a response until Monday at the absolutely earliest. Got all of my questions answered honestly without trying to get upsold on more expensive items. I placed my order that evening and had a tracking number that next morning. My order came boxed up very well and shipping speed was very fast as usual. CS was 2nd to none, not to mention they had the best prices by far on what I wanted to buy."
