"After a few years of ordering the same meds, I found this time to be extremely difficult. I have had to call customer service several (4 or 5 times), my vet’s office also 5 times (They confirmed approving the order several days ago.)Then 3 days with no response from Allivet. When I called again today, I learned that the order is being processed at the pharmacy, but there had been no email about that. In the meantime, I have been concerned that my senior dog would have a lapse in her pain meds. Allivet offered to expedite delivery, to their credit. I must also say that the customer service reps have been extremely polite. I just wonder where the breakdown occurred."
