"This was our first time trying Allivet. They tried 3 times to get the Rx; we called our vets office and they noted that Allivet only faxes requests for Rx and our vet doesn't have a fax #.... I asked Allivet to call the vet and get the Rx over the phone but evidently they were unable to do so. I finally cancelled and ordered through PetMeds, which got the Rx the next day and shipped out the order. Wish Allivet had been better at this as they were the least expensive."
