"I switched my dog's prescriptions to Allivet because I could save about $10 a month on a very costly medicine for my large dog. Additionally, I ordered some Omega-3 pills to combine the shipping.
I put in the order, my veterinarian submitted the prescription the same day, and I paid for next day shipping because my dog needed his prescription. After waiting for some kind of confirmation for 4 days, I checked the order online and it was still in "pending fulfillment" status. So I called to find out what was going on. I was told by the customer service person that the order was on hold because the Omega-3s were not available. So they held up these medications that he needed because of a supplement unavailability. I told them to cancel the Omega-3s and get the prescription to me. She did and she credited back the next day shipping charges - this was the good part of the story. She had commented they were still open and would take care of the order that day (Friday). Sadly, they did not process and ship the order until Monday. The good news is that they did ship it next day and I got it the next day on Tuesday. I am having serious doubts about staying with them because of their lack of communication and how poorly they processed the order. It is not worth the savings to go through this for much needed medications."

I did not receive it on Friday or Saturday. I called the Company Monday to see what they could tell me. At that time they informed me that the item was not in stock and told me it would be 2-3 days. I told them I had paid extra for shipping and they offered to refund that amount. I canceled the order and was refunded the $$. Sometimes the lowest price is not always the best bet."
