"I purchased the large crock with personalization to include name and animal picture. The animal I wanted wasn't on the website, so I contacted them. The woman couldn't have been nicer. She sent over 2 different choices for the German Shepherd picture, and also sent a preview of 3 different colors and name / date set ups on the crock. When I received the item it was wrapped so well in the box. It looks beautiful for the bride and groom it is going to. Also, in this world of high tech... it was wonderful to speak to a human being..from the actual store that I was buying from.. I would buy from this company 100 times again!
