"I bought an item VapeCase Quarantine (Tall) Case Magic Flight Launch Box Vaporizer - Black Foam on eBay from Allstar Wholesales and they sent me a wrong item. I talked to them to rectify the problem, they said they would send me the right one after I send a picture of the wrong Item "like I didn't know what I bought"! Well they got the pic and said they would send a replacement but they only one they had was one with red foam and it would take thirty days to get the black foam. I didn't want to wait so I said OK. They said they would give me 10% off my order. This was around Oct 6, I've called three times and was assured it would be taken care of. Still no credit. I'm a man of my word they should be to. Because of this I wouldn't recommend them and will not buy from them again! "

I returned the unit, with photo documentation of the problem, and was sent a scratched, obviously used replacement. when i complained, allstar told me i could have my original, broken/dangerous unit back or keep the used one. terrible customer service and definitely not behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. make your purchases elsewhere. "Concerning Lava HD-2850 Ultra antenna. I received the antenna today with a missing contact on the rotor. Supposedly, I will receive a new rotor which has to be shipped from the manufacturer. In the meantime, I tried it out today my manually turning it. Every direction in which I turned it, I was only able to pick up 5 channels. After looking at their return policy, if they say it's not defective, I would be charged for it. There are 30 OTA channels within 65 miles of my location. This is advertised as a 150 mile antenna. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!!"

"Made an order there. Scheduled it for 2 day shipping. The package arrived, but nothing was inside of it. I called them back, and they told me they would overnight the order, and refund half my money. They overnighted the order, and I got the products and they were broken. They sent replacement parts, and those are ALSO broken/defective. The money they said they would refund never arrived. This company is a joke and is awful to deal with. Low prices, but horrible products and the customer service is even worse."

"I had a troubled transaction. The receiver was faulty. I returned it for a refund as they told me I had a return option within 30 days, if 'I didn't like it'.
Then they gave me numerous excuses, claimed it must be my fault, received the package and tried to claim the remote was not in the box (it was, I did it myself), and then failed at every turn to do the refund.
It's been weeks and they no longer communicate. They have the receiver and my money.
I called the credit card company I charged it on, and they will try to handle the refund.
With service like I have experienced, they are not the least bit recommendable. I would give them no stars in two categories if this site allowed it."
