"I placed the order for the Tiffany TF2166 Cat Eye Eyeglasses - 53-17-140 / 8002-HAVANA × 1 as my frame broke and could not find them as now discontinued. I found AllureAid.com via search online and found the frame I was looking for and the size, plus a competitive price compared to other searches. I placed my order on the 17th of December 2023. I received the order on the 29th of December after paying for UPS First Class International with a tracking number. It appears the frame size I ordered was incorrect, being smaller. I straight away informed on 30/12/2023 Allure Aid via the online chat, as I am in Europe, and was more convenient with the time difference with the US. They acknowledged my request and asked me to return the frame and they will refund me for the return shipping, and to send them a tracking number once I send the frame back. I questioned about the additional incurred cost from customs and said it would be reimbursed as I returned the goods. Unfortunately, the post office told me it was not possible as it is a separate service! I had a few questions in between and it took some time to get a response via the chat, so I called the US to make sure that we understood each other on the process of the return and for them to send me the correct size frame ordered in the first instance. The lady was very pleasant, polite, and affirmative. I am now hoping that I will receive the Tiffany frame I ordered and will see from there! "
