"I purchased a ring from Allurez.com and the entire experience was an expensive, very frustrating, disaster. One day after receiving the ring a stone fell out, so I contacted them and paid for shipping to return for a repair. Over a month passed before I got it back and, again, within 24 hours a different stone fell out. I asked for a refund and was told that it wasn't possible because the 30 day return period had passed. I kept asking and after many unreturned messages, TWO months later, I finally conceded and accepted an exchange for some earrings, even though it really didn't feel like the right thing to do. Three weeks later, after following the instructions to the letter, I was sent the same defective ring right back to me. I'm sure if you don't have any problems with these guys they're fine, but be ready for a fiasco if something does. "
