"on aug.2004 i ordered some ink. About a month later i called and asked about my order and they said that they FORGOT to send it. So i wait another month, and still no sign of ink in my mailbox. so i call again, and they tell me they're going to ship it that same day. several days later i received my order, after waiting for it to arrive for 2 months. turns out they mailed me ink that is not compatible with my printer(in other words they sent me the wrong ink). They got the order mest up. so in novermber i call them up and ask for a refund. they say they will issue it right away. well it's been over 5months since i first placed my order, and about a month and a half ago that they issued the refund and i still have not received my refund. that's the last time i shop with them. By they way, i HAD BEEN buying my ink with them for the past 4 years. I realize now that there are numerous on-line companies that also sell cheap ink, if not cheaper than allyoucanink."

Fast delivery, but sent the wrong items. I ordered OEM printer carts, they sent cheaper ones, not OEM ($18 and $14 cheaper on their site). The black cart was defective - even after cleaning, tripple checking, etc. I sent that back, they credited me less than what I paid, and did not refund my shipping (which they specifically said they would).
I called them up again, asked for the full refund and shipping, and will be sending back the color cart too, as it's not what I paid for. The phone service seems good, the web site seems great, but neither delivered what they promised."
"It's April 3 2003 and I'm still waiting for my credit I ups back the defective product on Jan 24 2003. I don't think I'll ever get my refund But I got it stuck up my A** for trusting this outfit.

"Ordered the BCI-3K online. They indicated it was in stock. It wasn't. They also charged tax AFTER they indicated the "Order Grand Total" which I didn't know I was going to be charged. Shipment was delayed a couple weeks. Finally received the product. Had some initial problems with the ink, but it all worked out. Going to try them out one more time and see how it goes."

"lied about having shipped product. When I cancelled order they rushed defective carteridges along with unreasonable return/replacement policy. Charged Credit Card immediately, weeks before shipping. "
