"I placed an order with this company for around $1500.00 I made a payment error and needed to charge a different credit card. I repayed, and the owner of the company, Jeanne Prestin allowed me to post the payment to a different credit card, and assured me a refund would be posted to my card in 3 business days. After numerous attempts to get the refund posted, I finally gave up. They also refused to cooperate when the Better Business Bureau got involved. They have a horrible business practice, and will steal from their customers with out hesitation."
"Stay away from this company. Day 1, I emailed aquiring about a twoway radio battery. After 2days there is no answer. I then called about 3 times before someone pick up and placed the order. After taken my credit card number, I never heard from then again, except the run around. Seem like they my order never exsisted. I finally canceled the order through email and copied to The Better Bussiness Bueral. So, do yourself a favor, don't waste time with this store."
