"The final product was of amazing quality and just plainly beautiful. Reason for the 4 stars is that delivery took place a little late (if I'm not mistaking it was around 2 weeks past the initial delivery date).
The company was rather proactive in letting me know the cause for the delay, and promised to include a "gift" that I never received. :0(
Otherwise, good product, and would still buy from them."

My only disappointment was at checkout. It is listed that payment may be made by all major credit cards including American Express, however, when asked to fill in the card information it asks for a 4 digit "card security code". The codes are only 3 digits, regardless of credit card type, so it seems there is a glitch in the set up there. It was frustrating that I was unable to make my purchase with the card I wanted to use.
Otherwise, I was very happy with the shipment updates that were sent and my package arrived sooner than expected even during the busiest time of the year (right before Christmas).
This was my 4th purchase and I'm sure it won't be my last.
